Room 306 has been trending for many years now since it started on October 7, 2020. The incident started after somebody (a hotel staff or a concerned customer) recorded a video of a man and woman having very loud sex and posted it on Twitter, now X, with the hashtag #room306.
The mobile recording captured an unknown girl screaming ecstatically or in pain while a man, presumably her boyfriend, was slamming her during a loud sexual activity.

The way the suspected boyfriend was pounding her forcefully, making loud slapping sounds (kpakpakpakpa…), made many suggest it could be no other sex position than doggystyle. The poor girl could not take it so rough and at a point, she started begging her man to take it easy. “Baby please”, she could be heard as his moans and her voices echoed in the hotel lobby.
People have been giving answers to why and what happened…however, a certain user stated that a lady was paying back a lot of N10,000 or an accumulation of urgent 2k, as Nigerians would call it, which she has been requesting and collected, and have been evading payment.
We don’t know if the urgently refers to when she was collecting the money or when she was repaying them back.
Another Twitter user shared another video titled Room 406 or #room406 and stated that the same matter is still being settled there. He further asked which of the Rooms settled the matter better? Room 306 or Room 406?
However, the hotel where the infamous act was perpetuated has been revealed. An analysis of the logo at the room 306 door, reveals that the hotel is Presken Hotel, located in Ikeja.
They say when you identify the root of a matter, only then can it be resolved better. So now that the hotel has been identified, I Get Talk would proceed to meet the receptionist and try to get some info on the bahd guy, then we can proceed to get the girl and know how she’s faring!
